“ I have been coming here for years as a local and they just know how to cook a mean fish man. If you like fish and haven't gone here, then you haven't lived life! Check out their grape nut bread pudding too. The salad is mid though. ”
“ Great food, great people. Fried haddock is delicious & fluffy. U can tell they use clean oil. I also really liked their chicken-lemon-rice soup. Their homemade cookies are very good too. Everyone I went with loved it. I got some lobster tails to go for my husband and he said it was just ok, so I can't rave about that. I do know that the soup, the fried haddock and the cookies were delicious. ”
“ This place is not fancy, but their food is delicious. Their Crab Stuffed Haddock with Greek vegetables and mashed potatoes is one of my favorite meals. My father in law always makes sure that he gets the whole belly clams every time he visits. If you want super fresh and delicious seafood, this is where to go ”
“ As soon as we sat down, it felt like we were going to sit down to a home-cooked meal where no one leaves hungry. We ordered a family haddock plate and a foot long hot dog. We were surprised that even at the low price, the hot dog came with sides! It ended up being one of our best decisions because we chose the Greek vegetable medley as a side and it was so good we had to order another one! The haddock plate was a generous portion of delicious, fresh fish, fried to perfection. We will come back for sure!!! ”
“ We read positive reviews of this restaurant on the Merrimack Valley restaurant page, so finally made a point to go. Both of us were really hungry and both ordered the combo - normally is called a fisherman's plate. Scallops, haddock, shrimp, clams. I don't like clams so I asked if they could skip the clams and add a little more of the others. They didn't hesitate to accommodate my request. The other thing that made me want to go there is that someone posted a picture in the other group, and the onion rings looked great. I hate when anything fried has heavy batter. The onion rings looked so good, close to onion strings if you've ever had those. I called before we made the decision to go there, and asked if they use light coating on the rings, and the lady who answered says 'I'm cutting them right now". So they make their own, no wonder they're not those awful heavily coated rings. The fry was just right on all the seafood, no oil, no grease, perfection. And the seafood was as fresh as could be! It was alot of food. Both of us took some home, we couldn't eat all of it. Both of us would return again. It is not a fancy place, but it is nice with booths. As two old friends that don't get together too often, we hung out for as long as we wanted, catching up. Service was friendly and cheerful. Food came out quick! For us, it was the perfect choice. Fisherman's platter was 24.95, a bargain! ”
“ I have come here throughout the years and have never been disappointed by the food or service. They are very accommodating and friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. Servicr is quick. Highly recommend trying this place. I just tried the fried seafood platter and not only is it delicious but it could literally feed two people easily. ”
“ Hidden gem? My first time here, Friday at lunch time. Very friendly staffs. The place is nice and clean. Food is great and reasonably priced. Spent about an hour here and seems like most customers are regulars. Big glass windows letting tons of light in. Steamed mussels with wine and garlic for just 6.99! ”
“ This place is a hidden gem , I was looking for a lobster dinner the price was phenomenal the food was great The people were more than helpful highly recommend coming here and trying the food ”
